My stay was marred by an air conditioning unit that simply refused to function, leaving me in discomfort. Not to mention, the reception staff took their sweet time checking me in, as if they were performing a delicate ballet. I expected a complimentary gesture for all this inconvenience, but alas, nothing was offered. Absolutely shocked.

Absolutely nothing.

relaxing stay with excellent service
The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay, always attentive and friendly. The food options were fresh and varied, with themed nights that made dinner an enjoyable experience. I particularly appreciated the spacious double room featuring a lovely garden view, which made for a peaceful retreat. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere.
The noise during peak dining hours could be disruptive at times.

Had a great time with friends at this resort! We loved the option of multiple pools, especially the adult-only one for some downtime. The kids' club kept the little ones entertained, which made our stay even better. The location is perfect for exploring, and the beach is just a half-hour stroll away. Highly recommend upgrading to all-inclusive for convenience!
One downside was the restaurant staff's response when I asked for a tray. It was a bit disappointing that they weren't accommodating, especially when it came to handling drinks and snacks with a child.

I enjoyed the meals, especially the a la carte restaurant where I tried authentic Spanish dishes. The staff made my family feel welcome and looked after my kids. My children loved the ice cream, especially the variety of flavors. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach allowed us to explore. This is a great spot for families wanting to unwind and have fun together. I appreciated the quick access to cultural sights as well.
The snack bar didn't meet expectations. The evening entertainment lacked excitement and needed improvement.

Delightful, delightful, delightful.
I absolutely loved my Junior Suite with a huge, comfortable bed that felt like a cloud. The themed dining nights provided an exciting twist at mealtime, with flavors from around the globe to keep my taste buds dancing. Not to mention the adults-only chill-out area by the pool was the ultimate escape for some peaceful sunbathing bliss.

A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Entertainment
I really enjoyed the themed dining nights, which featured diverse culinary options that added excitement to our meals, including a fantastic Mexican night and fresh sushi on our first evening. The accommodation was spacious, with a lovely balcony providing pool views and comfort that made relaxing easy. The entertainment team exceeded expectations, putting on lively shows each evening that catered to all ages, keeping us entertained throughout our stay. One minor area for improvement would be to have more variety in the drink options offered during breakfast, as the offerings felt somewhat limited.

Great vibes and spacious rooms!
Loved the spacious room we had, super comfy and clean! The pool scene was awesome and the staff were always so friendly. The food options were good, especially liked the snack bar by the pool for a quick bite. Just wish the bar's free drink hours were a bit longer.

The junior suite offered a good size and cleanliness, with a balcony that overlooked the pools. Proximity to local shops and a bus stop made exploring the island easy. The adults-only pool provided a much-needed peaceful retreat.
The layout of the hotel felt cramped, especially around the four small pools. Dining experience was disrupted by long wait times to be seated, and food quality often falls short, with dishes arriving lukewarm and lacking variety. the air conditioning in the room was underperforming, leaving it warmer than comfortable and exacerbating the lack of fridge cooling. the bar service became slow during peak hours, which made enjoying a drink more tedious than relaxing.
